PurMa™ Cell Culture Suited Water is suitable for day-to-day culture experiments. Moreover, It has been depleted free of Ca+2 and Mg +2 . We vigorously evaluate all our waters for mycoplasma and endotoxins.
Special Features
- Purified by Deionization (DI) followed Reverse Osmosis process (18.2 ΩM/cm2).
- Additionally, the trace of heavy metals including Ca+2 and Mg +2 have been depleted. This is ,however, performed using ion exchange chromatography resins.
- We also sterilize cell culture grade water by 0.2 µm filters.
- Lastly, we Pack it under N2
