Background

PurMa™ Ultra-Pure Nuclease Free Water (Non-DEPC Treated) is specialized for highly sophisticated molecular biology studies. Moreover, This water possesses the highest standards for molecular biology studies by removing all contaminants such as:

  1. Organic and non-organic compounds.
  2. Dissolved and particulate matters with any sizes.
  3. Volatile and non-volatile
  4. Reactive, and inert
  5. Hydrophilic and hydrophobic
  6. Dissolved gases.

Special Features

  • Purified by Deionization (DI) followed Reverse Osmosis process (18.2 ΩM/cm2).
  • Additionally, the trace of heavy metals including Ca+2 and Mg +2 have been depleted using Ion exchange chromatography resins.
  • Moreover, it is Double – Distilled.
  • Sterilized by 0.1 µm filters.
  • And lastly, Packed under N2

Important Note: Do NOT expose this water to open air for a long time as it absorbs traces of various ions including bicarbonate.
